The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utility Commission is seeking a vendor to supply Powdered Activated Carbon, in a single delivery of 900-pound double-walled super sacs with a maximum of 2,000 pounds per pallet. The full 22.5 tons will be ordered at one time.
