Description
The Town of Benson is seeking written lump-sum proposals from qualified, licensed utility and underground construction contractors to perform soft-dig vacuum excavation or mechanical potholing to identify pipe materials for approximately 253 unknown water service lines. This project is monitored by the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NC DEQ) and funded via the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF). Mandatory compliance with Davis-Bacon prevailing wage tracking and state/federal regulatory guidelines applies.
