The scope of work in this project includes assisting the County of Hertford (“County”) as an Owner’s Advisor in the design and construction of the Chowan River Dock Project. Services may include advising and assisting the County in developing the project criteria as part of the public procurement phase, performing design administration services, reviewing equipment and material specifications, assisting in the administration of the construction phase, reviewing project costs and project schedules, and other applicable support functions and services.
