The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to furnish and deliver Unisex Double-Knit Polos Small-7X for Columbus Sewing Plant on an “As Needed” basis, if and when ordered by North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) during the contract period. The State does not guarantee a minimum or maximum amount for this contract. Current Color Samples Request- There will be samples available for Pewter, Red and Navy because a pantone color could not be found for colors pewter, Red and Navy that is needed. The other colors have pantone colors. Just send a pre-paid shipping label to lorraine.middleton@dac.nc.gov and the sample will be mailed to you.The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction operates and maintains a Correction Enterprises Sewing Plant. The fabric is for processing NCCE Products/Services to meet customer requirements.The intent of this solicitation is to award a 3-year Agency Specific Term Contract.
