Description
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract (ASTC) to furnish and deliver Grain Straw Mulch to the North Carolina Department of Transportation, for Divisions 3,4,5,7,8 and 12 Roadside Environmental. The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) uses Grain Straw Mulch for coverage when seeding shoulders and ditches for erosion control.
