Description
The purpose of this bid is to solicit proposals for the renovation associated with the facility located at 708 Bell Fork Road, Jacksonville, NC 28546. This project will transform the building into a dedicated training facility for the College’s Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) Program, providing instructional, administrative, and support spaces designed to meet the needs of law enforcement education and workforce development. The completed facility will support classroom instruction, hands-on training activities, and related program functions in a safe and efficient learning environment. Bidders are encouraged to carefully review the plans, specifications, and project requirements to ensure a thorough understanding of the scope of work and the College’s objectives.
