The proposed project consists of the installation of approximately 1,300 l.f. curb and gutter, installation of approximately 1,055 l.f. of 15” HP storm pipe and related appurtenances, and regrading and paving of Jones Street in Tabor City. Separate sealed bids for the Town of Tabor City for Jones Street Roadway Improvements will be received at the office of Tabor City Town Hall, 1108 East 5th Street, Tabor City, NC 28463 on July 9, 2026, at 2:00 pm, then at said office to be publicly opened and read aloud. The bidder shall show such evidence by clearly displaying his or her current license number on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the proposal is delivered.The Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Contract Plans, Specifications, Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following: Copies may be obtained from the office of LKC Engineering, PLLC, 390 W. Pennsylvania Avenue, Southern Pines, NC 28387, upon non-refundable payment of $500.00 (Half or Full Size) for each set.
