Description

The North Carolina Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) is soliciting proposals to acquire the services of a qualified Vendor(s) to provide Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in North Carolina during a disaster response or medical surge event that overwhelms available resources. These services shall provide assistance as needed in all areas of emergency medical services such as; ground basic, advanced life support and specialty care EMS services, paratransit, rotor wing, and fixed wing, and EMS and Nursing Personnel which are licensed by applicable State authorities to provide those services, and to include but not limited to Liaison Officer, Logistics Officer, and EMS Crew Configuration. The EMS services may be required to perform their assignments at the State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC), in State-Coordinated response efforts, virtual or in other areas as assigned in North Carolina. This solicitation is for qualified vendors located anywhere in the United States, to include North Carolina. No minimums or maximums are guaranteed.
