Description
The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract to qualified firm(s) with demonstrated expertise in K–12 HVAC systems, facilities asset management, life-cycle planning, capital renewal, maintenance operations, and implementation of large-scale facility improvement programs. The primary purpose of this engagement is to develop a comprehensive three-to-five-year plan for addressing the District's HVAC needs and other critical life-cycle replacement requirements across its facilities.
