Description
The intent of this solicitation is to award a one-time spot buy to restore a deteriorating Chiller Tower #2, Type B.A.C. Model VT1-1125P to assure effective safe, reliable and efficient operation of the interior structural integrity. This project will address the corrosion, scaling or biological growth within the tower to minimize downtime and bring the unit back up to code and safety standards.
