Description
The City of Raleigh invites qualified and experienced firms to submit Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for construction materials inspection and testing services, and special inspection services for the GoRaleigh Poole Road Facility Expansion project. A qualified firm will be selected to provide construction materials inspection and testing services, special inspection services, and any third-party inspection services required for construction permits. Proposed offerors must prove that they possess the requisite experience, skills, technical and administrative capability, and capacity to participate in a team approach to project delivery. It is anticipated that all services will be on a periodic on-call basis although there may be periods during the construction when continuous inspection may be required to meet the schedule and follow the technical requirements pertaining to the construction of the facility, and other constraints. A detailed scope of services is provided in Section 4 of this document.
