The City of Raleigh Department of Transportation – Operations Division maintains the traffic signals for the City of Raleigh and NCDOT as well as the components that go with them across the City. One of the components are embedded roadway detection loops. This request for proposals includes services for On-Call Embedded Roadway Traffic Signal Loop Repair or replacement along City of Raleigh maintained streets, conducted in a safe and efficient manner
