Description

The City of Raleigh (COR) continues to experience steady growth and investment throughout the community, resulting in ongoing infrastructure, transportation, and property management initiatives to support future needs and maintain public assets. As part of these efforts, the City periodically acquires properties for transportation and public improvement purposes. COR Roadway Design and Construction Division (RDC) acquired the Subject Properties in late 2024. RDC is now seeking a qualified demolition contractor to remove the existing six (6) structures and complete associated site stabilization activities at the properties.
