Description
Southwestern Community College (SCC) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from licensed NC engineering design firms to provide professional design and contract administration services for an HVAC system renovation at the Founders Building on the Sylva, NC campus. The Founders Building is a 2-story, 31,000 SF facility with a second-floor mechanical room. The scope of services includes existing condition assessment, schematic design, construction documents, assistance during the contractor bidding phase, and construction administration through project closeout.
