Sampson County seeks sealed bids for construction of a new premanufactured Emergency Services Facility in Roseboro, NC under a Single Prime Lump Sum Contract. Non-mandatory pre-bid conference: 2:00 PM, Monday, June 15, 2026, Sampson County Administration Building, 406 County Complex Road, Clinton, NC 28328 and Sealed Bid Opening 2:00 PM, Wednesday, June 24, 2026, Sampson County Administration Building, 406 County Complex Road, Clinton, NC 28328. Sampson County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
