Description
Remove existing, damaged roofing material down to substrate for both the roof and wall surfaces damaged by the fire on December 1st, 2025 and replace with in-kind materials as described in the bid documents. The work also includes the replacement of five damaged area drains in the upper roof gutter area. The roof, walls, and gutter area being repaired is roughly 20,000 square feet.
