Project includes renovation/addition to the existing community center as well as construction of a new 3,490 SF detached building. New building and addition will consist of new community room, exhibit space, and back-of-house spaces to support the function of the community center. Sitework includes new exterior exhibits, stormwater, and landscape improvements throughout the site.
