Description
The work consists of providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Pest Control Services at USCG Base Elizabeth campus in accordance with scope of work. It is necessary for interested parties to conduct an assessment to understand scope of services needed. Therefore, anyone interested in providing a quote must complete a site visit prior to doing so. Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation for one year. Services to be provided at USCG Base Elizabeth City, 1664 Weeksville Road, Elizabeth City NC, 27909. Scheduled site visit is on 06/25/2026 at 0900. Amendment#1: Term of contract is expectected to be one year FFP. Q&A questions due to leander.t.hicks@uscg.mil and renee.e.gasper@uscg.mil on July 7th, 2026 at noon. Detailed document added clarifying square footage of serviced buildings titled "2026-2027 Pest RFIs". Amendment#2: Initial rounds of questions and answers attached. Amendment#3: Final round of questions and answers attached as well as pricing sheet to be used for submission of quotes. The due date for quotes remains unchanged.
