Description

This requirement is for a 14 day rental of 16 x 15 passenger vans for use in and around the Fort Bragg, NC area. The Contractor must be located within a 10 mile radius of the Mission Training Complex (MTC) located at N-3627 Blackjack St, Fort Bragg, NC 28310 and vehicles must be ready for pickup NLT 0800 ET on 01 August 2026. Period of Performance will be 01-15 August 2026. DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT Commercial Passenger Vehicle (CPV) – Include insurance and, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair parts, materials, supplies, and any other associated equipment, with the following/ minimum specifications/characteristics: Vehicle Type: Passenger Van Quantity: 16 Manufacture Year: 2023 or newer Number of Seats: Fifteen (15) Passenger Capacity : Fifteen (15) Number of Doors: Four (4) doors Engine Fuel: Gasoline or Diesel Period of Performance: 01-15 August 2026. Place of Performance: Fort Bragg, NC area Key Contractor Responsibilities: Deliver all vehicles in clean, fully operational condition with a full tank of fuel, and required safety equipment (fire extinguisher, first aid kit, reflective triangle). Perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to ensure the vehicles remain fully operational throughout the contract period. This includes providing replacement vehicles for any vehicles requiring repairs. Secure and maintain full-coverage insurance for all vehicles.. Note: Performance must fully commence on 01 August 2026.
