North Carolina State University (“NC State” or “University”) is seeking to establish a convenience contract with qualified suppliers (“Supplier(s)” or “Contractor”) to provide event rental equipment and related support services. The University intends to: Establish a pre-qualified pool of suppliers for use across campus Support a wide range of University events and operational needs Designate one (1) Primary Supplier for Football Operations This contract will be used on an as-needed basis.
