North Carolina State University, hereinafter referred to as "University," is seeking bids from qualified and experienced Contractors, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor" or "Vendor," to provide comprehensive mechanical sweeping and debris removal services for twelve (12) multi-level parking decks managed by NC State Transportation.
