Description
Lee County is seeking bids for the installation of a fire sprinkler system for the Coca Cola Building Warehouse. Bids shall include furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project as detailed within the supplied contract documents. A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for November 10, 2026, at the project address (1605 Hawkins Avenue, Sanford, NC 27330) at 2:00pm. Attending this meeting or scheduling a dedicated on-site visit is highly encouraged.
