Identify a qualified contractor experienced in management and investigation of beaches, inlets, and coastal processes to update the 2016 North Carolina Beach and Inlet Management Plan (BIMP). The BIMP is a comprehensive management tool for the State's 320 miles of oceanfront beaches and 19 active tidal inlets.
