Description
ESTC Driving Track Rehabilitation- General Scope: rehabilitation of existing training facility through Full Depth Reclamation, removing the existing full depth pavement section to subgrade, dispose of existing asphalt in accordance with local and State regulations, replace it with a new full depth pavement section in select areas, restripe existing FAA and training markings.
