Description
Establish a contract with one or more qualified door repair contractors to provide on-call, as-needed troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and modifications for door systems and assemblies throughout all Complex facilities. These services will reduce operation disruptions and ensure the Complex provides safe and reliable facilities for daily place of business, public assemblies, conventions, performances, and special events.
