Durham Public Schools wishes to purchase: Project scope: Remove existing boilers, boiler pumps, boiler vent pipes, and associated accessories. Remove domestic water heater vent pipe. Provide and install new gas-fired condensing boilers, boiler pumps, and associated piping, vents, insulation, and accessories. Provide new vent pipe for the existing gas-fired domestic water heater. Make safe and disconnect associated mechanical equipment circuits. Remove boiler circuits. Remove and replace 2-section original panelboard with new single section panelboard. Extend and reconnect panelboard feeder. Extend and reconnect existing pump circuits. Provide new boiler circuits. Connect carbon monoxide alarms to the F.A.C.P. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS The Project is Southern High School and Neal Middle School Boiler Replacements.
