Chatham County is requesting bids from qualified, licensed contractors to perform construction work for the Northeast District Park Dam Rehabilitation project. The project-specific source documents indicate that Chatham County has elected to rehabilitate the dam at Northeast District Park and that Freese and Nichols, Inc. will provide contract administration, observation, and engineering oversight services during construction.
