The Norris Hill project includes surfacing improvements on 10.1 miles of US-287 (P-13) between McAllister and Norris. The project begins south of the post office in McAllister (RP 55.3) and extends north, ending south of US-287/US-84 intersection in Norris (RP 65.4). The portion of the project in McAllister (RP 55.3 to RP 55.6) will receive a mill, crack seal, paving geotextile, overlay, and seal & cover. The remainder of the project (RP 55.6 to RP 65.4) will receive crack seal, paving geotextile, an overlay, and seal & cover. The entire project will receive upgraded pavement markings, delineation, signing, and guardrail. Counties: Madison Eligibility: Eligible
