[NH 114-1(4)0] The 1st Ave South - Billings project will resurface a portion of 1st Avenue South from just west of the intersection with State Avenue to the intersection with S 27th Street. This project will consist of milling the roadway, performing an underseal (a chip seal under the new pavement), repaving, and finishing with a chip seal. New striping and signage will be installed. [UPP 1024(5)]The State Avenue - Billings project will micro-mill about 1.5 miles of State Avenue from 1st Avenue South to South 27th Street in Billings. Conflicting striping will be removed, and the life of the pavement will be extended through chip sealing. New striping will be installed. Counties: Yellowstone Eligibility: Eligible
