The Whitehall ? East project located in Jefferson County is a major rehab project that begins at the Whitehall Interchange (RP 249.0) and proceeds east 4.3 miles to RP 253.3. The intent of the project is to resurface the roadway. This project will also include removal and replacement of two large steel plate arch culverts at the Whitetail Creek crossing, a seal and cover, guardrail upgrades, rumble strips, pavement markings, signing, and delineation.
