W912EE This requirement necessitates that the equipment be serviced at a certified CAT Dealership to ensure all replacement parts (Idlers, Rollers, Track Links, Sprockets, etc.) and labor meet Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications for the 324D CAT Excavator. Utilizing a certified dealership ensures the 90-day limited warranty on parts and installation is valid and honored. Due to the requirement for certified dealership facilities and OEM compliance Thompson Machinery has been identified as the only local authorized source capable of supporting this requirement.
