The magnitude of the proposed construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $3,000,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for 29 April 2026 at 8:00am CT. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit, you must have a valid driver's license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Specific instructions are identified in Section L. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
