Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to: update the annual workload estimate to be accurate, update PWS paragraph 1.6.13. to include more security requirements, and to extend the closing date to August 12th, 2026 at 1:00PM EDT. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to update the pickup days to the second and fourth Tuesday and Friday of the month and to upload the questions and answers sheet.
