Notice of Intent to Sole Source – 1172303 The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service (ARS) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to Elementar Americas Inc. for a vario MAX cube CN Elemental Analyzer, a high‑temperature combustion system designed to measure carbon and nitrogen in solid and liquid samples, in support of the Research, Education, and Economics (REE) mission area.
