Request for Information (RFI): Mobile Portfolio Sustainment Support The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing sustainment support for the Mobile Portfolio.
