General work description: The City of Florissant is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive employee uniform and apparel program for multiple municipal departments. The City employs approximately 90 full-time employees and more than 200 part-time and seasonal employees who require a variety of branded apparel throughout the year. The City anticipates that uniform orders will vary in size throughout the contract term, ranging from individual employee purchases to larger departmental and seasonal orders. The selected vendor should offer competitive pricing, reliable turnaround times, online or streamlined ordering capabilities, and responsive customer service. The City intends to award this contract to a single vendor that demonstrates the ability to provide quality products, dependable service, and competitive pricing while meeting the diverse apparel needs of its municipal workforce.
