Design and Planning Consultant - City Hall Plaza Project

The City of Florissant is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified design and engineering firms to provide planning, design, and engineering services for City Hall Plaza. The selected consultant will be responsible for identifying and developing preliminary designs and cost estimates to support the City's development of the plaza. The selected consultant will be eligible to compete for the subsequent full design and construction documents contract.
