Description
Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist Services for the Red Lake Service Unit. This will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price, Base plus 4 One Year Options. This is set aside for 100% Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE). IEE Certification form must be included. This RFP closes on 7/8/2026 @ 1 pm CT. All evaluation factors must be submitted.
