This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice. The solicitation W912NS26Q8539 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside, and only qualified small business concerns may submit quotations. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of all referenced provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336413 – Aircraft Ground Servicing Equipment. The Federal Product/Service Code (FSC) is 1730 – Other Aircraft Part and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing. The Government requires the items identified in the attached Purchase Description. CLIN 0001: Mobile Frequency Converter CLIN 0002: Delivery (if priced separately) Required Specifications: See the attached Purchase Description for all detailed specifications. Delivery Location: Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473 Basis of Award: Best Value to the Government. The Government will comparatively evaluate the quoted item’s technical capabilities, lead time, warranty, and price. Quote Submission Instructions Submit your quotation and system specifications on company letterhead, including CAGE Code. Offerors shall utilize the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure when submitting quotes. Quoted prices shall include all applicable taxes, fees, and shipping to fully meet the requirements of the RFQ. The Government reserves the right to communicate with quoters to obtain additional information or to request revised quotations after the RFQ closing date.
