Requirement includes construction of a new decontamination facility, demolition and replacement of the pyrotechnic waste treatment facility, refurbishment of the neutralized explosive wastewater treatment facility, and demolition of and replacement of a neutralized explosive wastewater lift station at Lake City Army Ammunition Plant (LCAAP).
