The City of Jackson is inviting qualified and experienced stone conservationists to submit proposals for What type of service? services required for Purpose of Services . Qualified Contractors must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in evaluation, stone consolidation, preservation of original materials, material analysis, cleaning, repairs, protective coverings and documentation of existing conditions and final treatment report. All work must abide by the American Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works' Code of Ethics and Guidelines for Practice and the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for Preservation. Fellow or Professional Affiliate of the American Institute of Conservators of Historic and Artistic Works, preferred/helpful for prequalification.
