Request for Quote No. 47PE5626R0001 | Amendment 001 | Posted 6/24/2026 Amendment 001 is issued to incorporate the following changes into the subject RFQ: Performance & Payment Bonds ARE required for this project. The attached Sign In Sheet from the Pre-Proposal Walkthrough is incorporated. The Response Date is extended to Tuesday, July 14th, 2026 by 4:00 PM Central. This extension is incorporated now in anticipation of an additional forthcoming amendment, which will contain responses to submitted RFIs & Questions. * * * Request for Quote No. 47PE5626R0001 | 985 Service Elevator Modernization - Energy Center | Rosa Parks Federal Building | Detroit, Michigan This is a combined synopsis/solicitation reserved for Small Businesses for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.202(b), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Work shall consist of the modernization of one (1) freight elevator and its supporting building systems at the Rosa Parks Federal Building in Detroit, MI. Supporting system work includes but is not limited to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. The project scope also includes minor Environmental Work in the form of lead dust remediation and elevator maintenance during a one (1) year warranty period post work completion. The Period of Performance will be 215 days from date of Notice to Proceed. A walkthrough/pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Wednesday, June 17th, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time at the Rosa Parks Federal Building, 985 Michigan Avenue, Detroit, MI 48226-1100. Please submit an Attendance Form as instructed in the RFQ. RFIs are due by Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time, to be sent to patricia.dalinis@gsa.gov. Quotes are due on Tuesday, June 30th, 2026 by 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
