Bridge rehabilitation on two structures including removal of existing epoxy overlay, epoxy overlay, deck patching, expansion joint replacement, thrie beam retrofit, concrete rail post and rail balustrade patching, R4 railing post replacement, superstructure repairs, full paint, substructure patching and approach work on US-41 over Sturgeon River and M-28 over Ontonagon River, Baraga and Ontonagon Counties. This project includes a 5 year performance warranty on epoxy overlay and 2 year coating on bridge coating. ** 4558 Fa or 4558 N4 **In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of Fa and N4. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors.
