Description
Amendment 1: Includes Q&A, revised SOW. The United States Property Fiscal Office (USPFO) on behalf of the West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG) is requesting a quote for catered meals. This requirement is being requested at lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA). To be considered technically acceptable you must provide a quote that meets or exceeds all requirements listed in the Statement of Work. The Goverment will review Past Perfromance.
