Overhaul - Barrier Boat

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) in Kittery, Maine is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive overhaul services for its barrier boat. The purpose of this SOURCES SOUGHT notice is to conduct market research to determine the availability, interest, and technical capability of experienced contractors that can successfully perform the required services. Responses will assist the government in developing its acquisition strategy and determining appropriate procurement methods for the upcoming solicitation. Please review the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) for the total technical requirement. Please note that this SOW is a draft and is subject to change prior to the publication of the final solicitation.
