The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to PH Tool (CAGE Code: 0NA33) for urgent custom machining services under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 (Unusual and Compelling Urgency). The requirement is for the immediate custom fabrication of Machine Block Delaying this award to compete the requirement would result in significant delays This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
