Weatherization Services

The City of Frederick seeks to retain a Contractor(s) for general and HVAC weatherization work coordinated through the Department of Housing and Human Services (DHHS, formerly known as the Frederick Community Action Agency or FCAA). The purpose of this solicitation is to establish various IDQ Contracts with qualified Contractors, by means of sealed bids, for services on an as needed basis as specified herein. As weatherization conservation services are required, the City will solicit Request for Quotations (RFQ) from the firms, outlining the scope of work and schedule restraints. The contractor shall submit quotations based on the pricing they have submitted.
