Description
This solicitation is for a new 5‑year, firm‑fixed‑price contract for quarterly, biannual, and annual preventive maintenance of the Water Purification System at USDA’s National Center for Applied Plant Protection in Laurel, MD. The base period is 12 months with four 12‑month option periods. The contractor must provide all materials and services required in the Statement of Work. Questions are due via email to Latisha.a.Hollman@usda.gov no later than 12:00 PM on 08/14/2026. Interested vendors must submit a complete package—including the SF‑1449 and Attachment 2 (Labor Exemption Form)—via email by 12:00 PM (EST) on 08/17/2026. Use the solicitation number in the email subject line. Incomplete packages may be deemed ineligible. Site visits are by appointment only and require coordination with PPM/EPM. Government‑issued photo ID is required. Upon arrival, the Facility Point of Contact will escort the contractor.
