The purpose of this Invitation for Bid Document is for Wicomico County (“County”) to contract for hauling soil from the County borrow pit on Connelly Mill Road in Delmar, Maryland to the Newland Park Landfill (NPL) on Brick Kiln Road in Salisbury in conformity with the requirements contained herein (“Bid Document(s)”).
