The Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission’s (MNCPPC) Montgomery County Planning Department is soliciting proposals from qualified Real Estate and Economic Consultants capable of providing on-call services in support of current and future master plans. The primary services expected from the bench of Consultants are organized into the following categories: Real Estate Analysis; Public Private Partnerships; Economic, Workforce, and Demographic Analysis; Fiscal/Economic Impact Analysis; and Affordable Housing Analysis.
